You’ll learn how the nervous system shifts between three states (fight/flight, freeze, and regulation), and how stored stress shapes your hormones, energy, cycles, digestion, reproduction, mood, and so much more.
Day 8-12: Understand Survival Stress + Your Early Wiring
We explore how survival stress takes root early in life - when support and safety were missing. You’ll learn what the nervous system needs to develop regulation, why it gets stuck in freeze, and how healing begins with felt safety. Through gentle theory and neuro-sensory practices, your body will begin to relearn how to respond from choice and connection instead of fear and survival.


Day 13 -19: Make the Invisible Visible: Symptoms as Adaptations
We explore the different types of trauma - shock, developmental, and chronic stress - and how the body stores these as survival stress - and how that shows up as fatigue, hormonal imbalance, shutdown, or burnout. This is about making the invisible visible: seeing symptoms as the body’s way of surviving, not failing - so healing can finally begin.
Day 20-21: Build Inner Safety + Capacity
In this final phase, we anchor into true safety—so healing isn’t just something you understand, but something your body can feel. You’ll start to recognise the difference between control and real regulation. You’ll learn a simple, trauma-informed “first response” sequence to help your system recover from future stress without spiraling. This is where healing PCOS at the root shifts from theory to lived, embodied change.

I’ve tried everything - diets, supplements, medications. How is this different?

Is this just for people with big “T” trauma?
No. Even subtle or ongoing stress — like emotional neglect or lack of co-regulation in childhood - can shape your nervous system in ways that contribute to PCOS.
Can healing my nervous system actually dissolve symptoms?
Yes. We all have something inside of us called neuroplasticity. Meaning, the nervous system can remould, reshape and reform the body to heal and repair at the root. Women can see long lasting changes in hormones, cycles, and energy as a result.
Is this a quick fix?
No. This isn’t a detox or 30-day hack. It’s a deeper, more sustainable path that requires consistency, compassion, and a willingness to meet yourself gently.
I've done other PCOS courses before, how is this different?
Most other PCOS courses and modalities out there only cover one or a few slices of the pie. Most completely miss the nervous system altogether. They never stop to ask, “Is this person feeling safe right now in its environment and body?”. So if your other courses have never talked to you about the Fight, Flight or Freeze Response — or most importantly, they’ve never taught you how to WORK with those survival mechanisms (to change them or disarm them) — then that’s probably why you’re still stuck.
