The membership hold three phases. Each phase is designed to support you in building the capacity for true healing. These phases are meant to be worked through gradually, so your system can integrate gently and deeply - without pressure, force, or rushing.

AWAKEN
This is the foundation - the place where everything starts to make sense. Here you’ll discover how your body has always been working to keep you safe, even when it didn’t feel that way. You’ll uncover the three survival states and begin to see how your symptoms aren’t random or broken pieces of you - they’re your body’s natural responses to stored survival stress that has shaped your health, your energy, even your relationships.

STRENGTHEN
This is the phase where your healing gathers strength. The fog begins to lift, the charge in your body starts to soften, and you realise you don’t have to live braced for impact anymore. What once felt stuck begins to move, what once felt too much becomes lighter. You start to feel steadier in yourself - more able to hold the ups and downs of life without collapsing under them. Can I join if I don’t experience PCOS?
Absolutely. PCOS is just one way unresolved trauma and a dysregulated nervous system can show up. What you'll learn in this membership is deeply impactful, whether or not PCOS is part of your experience.
I work with clients but feel unwell myself. Will this help me?

Why do I need to learn this stuff?
Imagine trying to grow a rose without connection to its foundational roots deep into the earth. Impossible, right? Healing starts with a strong foundation. Without it, lasting transformation is difficult. Unclench takes a “foundations first” approach to build nervous system regulation and capacity, allowing your body to release old traumas safely and restore health.
Unclench places the nervous system at the center of healing. If you’ve never been taught how to work with survival responses like Fight, Flight, or Freeze, this is likely the missing piece. Unclench offers everything you need to finally break free from being stuck.
Why is the Unclench Collective a monthly membership?
Nervous system healing takes time, capacity, rest and repetition.Trying to do everything all at once can lead to ovewhelm, burnout and frustration, whereas the Unclench Collective’s approach offers sustainable healing with small tolerable steps, allowing for integration and real, sustainable progress.
How much time do I need to dedicate per week?
In the membership you’re encouraged to listen to your body and move at your own pace. There’s no rush, and as long as you’re a member, you’ll have ongoing access to revisit the content whenever you need. School conditioning is very much how we learned to override the body's boundaries and organic impulses, in order to speed up/keep up, and our intention is to reclaim what feels good and drop the 'shoulds' and 'have to' narratives.
What can I expect to experience in the monthly educational content?
The membership offers in-depth lessons on the nervous system, where we explore how your body responds to stress and trauma, and how you can build awareness of these responses. We dive into world-class information on Polyvagal Theory, which explains how our nervous system interacts with the world around us and why certain situations may trigger a 'freeze' response or other survival mechanisms. By understanding these patterns, you’ll learn how to recognise and shift your nervous system states in a way that supports healing, without relying on the mind. The program is designed with a gradual, drip-fed approach, with new content released each month to ensure that the learning process remains manageable and tolerable for your nervous system. This allows you to absorb the material at a comfortable pace, building on each lesson and gradually deepening your understanding and practice. Over time, the membership will expand to cover a wide range of varied subjects beyond the initial learning about nervous system regulation, trauma recovery, and how stored survival stress in the body can lead to the development of various syndromes, including PCOS. By first bringing awareness to these stress patterns and learning how to regulate them, you can interrupt that cycle and promote healing at the root level, helping your body build capacity to return to a state of balance and safety.
What kind of practices do you offer for working with the nervous system?
The practices in Unclench are not about meditation or anything that focuses on controlling your thoughts or emotions. Instead, they’re sensory-based tools designed to help you connect with your body’s internal sensations and the external world around you. These practices focus on noticing and working with physical cues from your nervous system, helping you build a sense of safety and presence in your body without needing to rely on your mind to ‘figure it out.’ It’s about shifting your experience from within and allowing your nervous system to guide the process of self-regulating and ultimately, self-healing.
What if I don't feel safe connecting to my body?
This fear is valid and common. The course is self-paced, giving you the space to gently build your capacity to feel what might currently seem overwhelming.
How long will I have access to the content?
You’ll have access to the content and community for as long as you maintain your membership.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
