Can I join if I don’t experience PCOS?

Absolutely. PCOS is just one way unresolved trauma and a dysregulated nervous system can show up. What you'll learn in this membership is deeply impactful, whether or not PCOS is part of your experience.

I work with clients but feel unwell myself. Will this help me?

Many helpers, healers, and practitioners enter their field to heal themselves, but lingering symptoms, low energy, or burnout can persist if the root causes aren't addressed. This membership offers tools to rebuild your health and well-being from the ground up by regulating your nervous system. This intentional pace allows for rest, repetition, and integration. Nervous system healing takes time, and the membership structure supports your body's natural capacity to learn slowly and grow without overwhelm.

How much time do I need to dedicate per week?

In the membership you’re encouraged to listen to your body and move at your own pace. There’s no rush, and as long as you’re a member, you’ll have ongoing access to revisit the content whenever you need. School conditioning is very much how we learned to override the body's boundaries and organic impulses, in order to speed up/keep up, and our intention is to reclaim what feels good and drop the 'shoulds' and 'have to' narratives.

What can I expect to experience in the membership?

You’ll gain a deeper understanding of your body, more compassion for yourself, and practical tools to manage stress and cultivate inner safety. Many participants feel like they’ve finally uncovered the missing piece to their healing.
