Will I have access to the material forever?

Is this just for people with big “T” trauma?
No. Even subtle or ongoing stress — like emotional neglect or lack of co-regulation in childhood - can shape your nervous system in ways that contribute to PCOS.
Can healing my nervous system actually dissolve symptoms?
Yes. We all have something inside of us called neuroplasticity. Meaning, the nervous system can remould, reshape and reform the body to heal and repair at the root. Women can see long lasting changes in hormones, cycles, and energy as a result.

Is this a quick fix?
No. This isn’t a detox or 30-day hack. It’s a deeper, more sustainable path that requires consistency, compassion, and a willingness to meet yourself gently.

I've done other PCOS courses before, how is this different?
Most other PCOS courses and modalities out there only cover one or a few slices of the pie. Most completely miss the nervous system altogether. They never stop to ask, “Is this person feeling safe right now in its environment and body?”.
