Thereâs no such thing as behind in this work. Being âup to dateâ isnât necessarily a sign of integrationâtrue progress happens at the pace your system can actually absorb.
The monthly structure is just a way to organise the material, not a timeline you need to rigidly follow. What matters is finding the rhythm that works for you. If we try to push through too much too fast, we risk reinforcing the very patterns weâre here to shift.
If frustration is coming up, see if you can meet it with curiosity. Can you feel it in your body? If so, try resting a hand there, not to fix it, but just to acknowledge it. If not, simply have an internal dialogue with that part of youâlet it know you hear it, and that healing isnât about âkeeping upâ but about moving in a way that feels right for your system.
Small, consistent stepsâwith enough space for integrationâare what create real, lasting change. Even when it feels like nothing is happening, those little moments add up. Less is truly more. There is zero rush. Youâre exactly where you need to be.
