For years, PMOS conversations have focused almost entirely on symptoms.

The more I’ve studied the nervous system over the last 15 years, and through resolving PMOS myself, the more I’ve come to see that symptoms are not random or isolated at all, but deeply connected to a nervous system that has been living in chronic survival and self-protection.
