After her own PCOS diagnosis, Hannah did what most women are taught to do; refine her diet, optimise routines, and push harder toward healing. The changes never held.

She left a career in nutrition and fitness when she recognised health cannot stabilise while the body is organised around survival. Her work shifted to studying the system that regulates hormones, metabolism, and repair: the nervous system.

Twelve years after her diagnosis was medically lifted, she continues to help women understand what their bodies have been doing, so healing finally takes hold in a deep, lasting way.
