“I was skeptical in the sense that I didn’t know if I would see practical results. In theory I could totally agree with everything Hannah said but being 40 and having the first symptom appear at 15, well, it was high time I saw practical results.
I wasn’t afraid to commit or invest in myself. I’ve done it lots of times in the past for lots of different things. I am usually very determined, but with pcos I needed a sustainable solution for the long run. The diet restrictions people talk about were not sustainable for me in the long run.
What motivated me to enroll was a voice in my head. And I never underestimate a hunch. I have watched all videos and posts of Hannah and I decided that this is it. If it isn’t, then nothing will work for me. Another motivation is that I have a 7 year old girl. Unfortunately, I realized through Unclench how many mistakes I have made with her upbringing… But never late than never. I want to have the knowledge so as for my daughter not to suffer from pcos like I did.
All other pcos courses or ebooks focus on diets and supplements. This way of life is not sustainable in the long run, at least for me. I felt confused and imprisoned to a lifestyle I didn’t enjoy. Unclench doesn’t talk about diet or supplements at all. It’s transformation to the core. But as all things that are worth it, it takes time and it needs consistency on your part. It’s not a magic pill.
Hannah’s teaching style is fantastic. Her voice itself is smoothing and relaxing. She knows this stuff extremely well. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I can also work at my own pace. Besides, Hannah is always there in the group eager to answer any question in detail and give her support. This is not one of these courses that you buy and you can’t communicate with the creator. Hannah is always there.
Every piece of content of the course is extremely valuable. The knowledge, the practices, the support. And Hannah keeps updating the material for us. With lifetime access, it’s a no brainer.
What I realised through Unclench that was an aha moment for me but really really sad, was the fact that as long as I could remember myself I was never really relaxed. Never. Not even when I thought I was! I was always clenched on my chest and always under chronic stress even for the simplest of actions. As if the world would collapse if I cooked the food a little bit later—just to give you an example.
Before Unclench, I could never be in the present moment. I would always think of my next step, errand to run, task to do, you name it. And you have to understand that I didn’t know I was doing it. I didn’t know a different reality existed.. This all came to my attention only through Unclench and only through the course did I experience the feeling of real relaxation.
Overall, I want to say that the knowledge you get from this course is unbelievable. The aha moments you will get about yourself and the way you lead your life will be transforming experiences. It takes time, patience, and perseverance. It will also be good to gradually acquire your own personal practice that works best for you.
Apart from the fact that I managed to finally go with the flow, unclench, and get over chronic stress, I saw a considerable reduction in my hirsutism (the only pcos symptom I ever had). And you know what? This happened while still eating whatever I wanted—junk food included.
Have I made it? No, not yet. I still have triggers that I cannot control and my symptoms and stress come and go. It’s natural because it’s been ages that I was used to being under stress and I can’t control it yet. But I have seen what this work can do. And I will keep trying until everything (hopefully) goes away.”
