THE UNCLENCH FOUNDATIONS
Your nervous system is the foundation of healing PCOS (PMOS) at the root
A dysregulated nervous system is at the root of the PCOS (PMOS) symptoms and survival patterns holding you back.
THE DIAGNOSIS
You’re not incurable, you're just missing one thing
The foundations your body needs to heal.
Symptoms are not random. Foundations will help you understand how your nervous system shapes hormones, metabolism, reproduction, and health, your experience finally starts to make sense.
Years of trying to fix symptoms can leave you disconnected from your body. Foundations will help you rebuild trust in the body you've been taught to fight.
When your nervous system is stuck in survival, symptoms can feel outside of your control. Foundations will help you understand the patterns keeping you stuck and create new possibilities for healing.
You're not leaving the same, here's exactly what changes.
Meet Hannah Rose Lipman
PCOS & Nervous System Healing Specialist
This isn’t just something I teach, it’s something I’ve lived. For over a decade I struggled with PCOS myself.
I tried diets, supplements, protocols and practitioners, believing the answer was somewhere outside of me.
What ultimately changed my health wasn't another protocol. It was understanding my nervous system and learning how to work with it.
The Unclench Collective is the roadmap I wish I'd had when I began my own healing journey.
Now it's your turn. Join us.
Healing at the root requires
THE NERVOUS SYSTEM
Your body doesn't develop symptoms randomly.
Long before a diagnosis, the nervous system is adapting to the experiences, environments and stresses it has lived through.
Many of us learned how to push through exhaustion, disconnect from our needs, ignore what we felt, and keep going no matter what. The nervous system adapts to help us survive.
The problem is that survival patterns don't automatically disappear when the circumstances change.
Over time, they can shape our energy, hormones, health, behaviours, relationships and overall sense of wellbeing.
Your body is not broken.
The symptoms you've been fighting are often signs of a nervous system doing its best to protect you.
The good news?
It's never too late to build the safety, regulation and capacity needed for healing.
The same ingredients that help a child develop a sense of safety - consistency, attunement, connection and support - are exactly what we need as adults, too.
As I like to say, you are your own medicine.
Greater nervous system capacity makes everything more possible.

WHAT MAKES UNCLENCH™ DIFFERENT
Most healing modalities put the expert at the centre. You show up, receive the protocol, and go home and wait to feel better.
Unclench™ is built on a different premise entirely: Your body innately knows how to heal itself, and the real work is learning how to work with it.
Your nervous system is dysregulated, not broken. It adapted to accommodate stored survival stress (trauma) and perhaps years or even decades of unsafety.
And because it adapted once, it can adapt again. That’s neuroplasticity; your nervous system’s built-in capacity to heal your body - by changing it's wiring over time.
If that foundation of regulation was never fully wired in during childhood, or was interrupted by trauma or chronic stress, the science is clear: it's never too late to learn.
From an early age, we were taught to look outside ourselves for the answers: to the teacher, the grade, the gold star, the diagnosis, the protocol. That conditioning shapes the way most of us approach healing too. But your nervous system doesn’t heal that way… it never did.
Watch any healthy infant learning to roll, to reach, to walk. They were given no rigid plan, no reward, no external cue. They just followed their felt experience, curiosity, and their body’s innate intelligence.
That capacity is your birthright.
It’s just been buried.
THE 3-PHASE ROADMAP
The Unclench Collective follows a simple 3-phase roadmap designed to help you move from survival and symptom management to greater safety, regulation and lasting change.
Understand Capacity
Your body learns safety.
We begin by building safety, not as a concept, but as a lived experience. You'll start understanding the nervous system patterns shaping your symptoms, stress responses and relationship with yourself, while learning why capacity is the foundation of lasting change.
Expand Capacity
Your system begins to regulate.
As your nervous system begins to feel safer, your body starts responding differently. This is where you begin building capacity: the ability to hold more life, emotion and healing without becoming overwhelmed or shutting down.
Living From Capacity
Your body learns a new baseline.
This is where healing moves from understanding into embodiment. Rather than living from protection and survival, your body begins operating from a new baseline rooted in safety, regulation and capacity.
THE HEART OF THE COLLECTIVE
Healing doesn't happen alone.
It happens through consistent connection, support and being witnessed while you heal.
Live support includes:
• 3 live nervous system practices each week
• 3 live community circles each month

Is this membership program for me?
This membership program is for you if you're done waiting to be fixed and ready to become an active participant in your own healing.
That means you're willing to show up.
The people who thrive inside Unclench share a few things in common: enough hope to keep going, some form of support in their lives, a degree of stability (not in active crisis), and a real understanding that they are their own medicine; no program, practitioner or protocol can be that for them.
The people who do best here also tend to be old souls who sense there’s something deeper behind their symptoms. And they’re ready to be/do what it takes to heal - for real.
If that sounds like you, you're in the right place.
