BEFORE YOU DIG INTO THE COURSE...

I encourage you to take a few minutes to review the 6 key points below.
This can be life-changing learning and I donāt want you to miss any of it!
Hereās what you need to know about the learning journey ahead:
1. The module videos build on one another. Move through the videos in order.
2. I know how quickly the excitement of committing to a new course can be overtaken with overwhelm. I want to help you stay the course so please join us in the community group, where we can all connect, create support and momentum for the journey.
3. Each module comes with a āModule Outlineā PDF (a summary of the key points from each module to help you embed/review your learning) so please make sure to read it.
4. Thereās no pressure to complete these modules in a set time. One of the perks of this online format is the timing is totally up to you! That said, you may find it helpful to block off some focused learning time and do what you can to keep it consistent and sacred.
5. Hopefully all of the above will help to keep things clear and titrated ā aka: taken in small, digestible bites ā for you, but if you have any questions (and thereās really no such thing as a stupid question) please use the community area to ask Hannah and/or your peers.
