Movement Lessons

"I don’t do fitness, my friend. That’s not what I’m about. I talk about movement. Fitness is just a small corner within the vast universe of movement. To me, it’s a limited world—one with its own challenges. But when you embrace movement, you realize there’s so much more. Movement is where the true magic happens.

A Note from Wins (Our Movement Instructor)

This is a heart-centered, intuitive movement practice designed to open, soften, and strengthen your body.

It’s part dance class, part movement meditation, and part workout.

In this space, you’ll gently release the stuck energy that builds up in your body from the stresses of daily life, helping you feel lighter, breathe deeper, and find a natural release.

No previous dance experience needed—just bring your openness and curiosity to connect with your body.

These lessons were inspired by my own journey as a professional dancer for 20 years.

These lessons serve to be a place to move freely, stay present, and tap into the flow of the moment; exploring movements that activate and stretch your body, leaving you feeling refreshed and connected.

PLEASE NOTE: If it doesn’t feel safe for you to move right now, that’s okay. You can simply watch the lessons and see what unfolds inside. Sometimes just being present and observing is all that’s needed to create subtle shifts and deeper connection.

Movement Meditation

The beautiful thing about movement meditation is how it helps us build resilience in our everyday lives. As we practice tuning in and connecting with our bodies, we create more space for our mind-body-environment  connection to grow and thrive.

Shaking Movement

The shaking or vibrating allows your body to release muscular tension, burn off excess adrenaline, and gently bring your nervous system back to a neutral, baseline state.

Abdomen Movement

A tight belly often means a tight body. By engaging the belly muscles and the entire front of your torso, you’ll notice a more upright posture, easier breathing, a broader chest, and improved shoulder mobility.

Knees and Hips Movement

When our brain detects that one of the body’s most powerful areas—the hips—is holding onto stored stress, it can limit what we’re truly capable of. By releasing the tension and emotions held in your hips, you create more space to move freely and fully.

Spine Movement

The more you intentionally move your spine, the greater your range of motion and flexibility will become. Giving your spine the movement it craves helps it stay strong, healthy, and full of vitality.

Feet Movement

Boosts our body’s awareness of its position in space, while encouraging blood flow to deliver oxygen and nutrients to the tissues. This supports neuroplasticity—the brain’s incredible ability to adapt, form new connections, and heal itself.
